A Small Team With a Narrow, Deep Focus
We have deliberately remained a small advisory practice. Sparkborbit was founded in Garissa in 2014 with a precise mandate: capital protection for families and individuals who have accumulated significant assets and need disciplined, long-horizon counsel. Over the past decade we have completed over 180 structured protection reviews, established more than 40 formal holding arrangements, and guided seven family enterprises through generational succession. We do not measure our impact in assets under management, because we do not manage assets. We measure it in the number of structures that have operated without structural failure — and in the clients who return each year for their annual review, year after year. Our advisers hold qualifications in financial planning and risk management, and we maintain continuing professional development commitments to remain current with Kenyan regulatory developments.

A specialist in Kenyan trust law and succession legislation reviews each structure for legal soundness and co-ordinates with external counsel where cross-border considerations arise.
Actuarial Analysis
Insurance wrapper selection and stress-testing of long-horizon scenarios are supported by actuarial analysis, ensuring that protection assumptions are grounded in documented probability ranges, not optimistic projections.
